IPS Innovative Prison Systems was present at the event, having had a dedicated exhibition space where it publicised the company’s services – including Connexall – and distributed free printed copies of the latest issue of JUSTICE TRENDS magazine. At the IPS stand, the participants were also able to taste of the Portuguese famous sweet speciality: the custard tart (“pastel de nata”).

The ICPA2018, celebrating the 20 years of the Association’s existence that originated precisely in Canada, was also marked by the election of a new Board of Directors, for which Mr Pedro das Neves (CEO of IPS Innovative Prison Systems and Director of the JUSTICE TRENDS Magazine) was elected; he will serve a four-year mandate at this level of responsibility.
